DELIVERY

We ship using Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard.

UK:

  • Orders over £50 are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 days) free of charge

  • Orders under £50 are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class at a charge of £2

  • If you prefer to use a courier, this option is available at a rate of £4 

  • For quicker delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 days) and Special Delivery) are available at £4 and £6 respectively

 

Europe:

 

  • Orders to Europe are shipped by ParcelForce and cost £16.00 per order (orders over £150 are shipped free of charge)

U.S and rest of the world:

 

  • Orders to the U.S. and the rest of the world are shipped by Airmail and cost £20 per order (orders over £150 are shipped free of charge)

returns

You may return unopened, unused products to us within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. If you would like to return a product, please email rachel@thenobleapothecary.co.uk with 'Return' in the subject line of your message and we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed after we have received the item from you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned to us in unsaleable condition.

 

If you have identified a fault with a product, please email rachel@thenobleapothecary.co.uk with details of the fault, and advise whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be processed following receipt of the item, and we reserve the right to decline to refund a product if it has been heavily used. 

 

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Please email rachel@thenobleapothecary.co.uk if you would like to cancel your order. If the item has already been shipped, the item will need to be returned to us, unopened and in saleable condition, before a refund can be processed.
