DELIVERY
UK
Shipping is free over £30 and we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.
If you prefer quicker delivery, you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.
We offer courier delivery with DPD or UPS for £4.
Europe & the U.S.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Europe or to the United States. Changes following Brexit (Europe) and changes to insurance regulations (U.S.) mean that shipping to both territories has become prohibitively expensive.
At present, there is no date for resolution, though we are exploring shipping to Europe through Etsy.
Rest of the world
Orders to the rest of the world are shipped by Airmail and cost £20 per order (orders over £150 are shipped free of charge)
returns
You may return unopened, unused products to us within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. If you would like to return a product, please email rachel@thenobleapothecary.co.uk with 'Return' in the subject line of your message and we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed after we have received the item from you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned to us in unsaleable condition.
If you have identified a fault with a product, please email rachel@thenobleapothecary.co.uk with details of the fault, and advise whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be processed following receipt of the item, and we reserve the right to decline to refund a product if it has been heavily used.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Please email rachel@thenobleapothecary.co.uk if you would like to cancel your order. If the item has already been shipped, the item will need to be returned to us, unopened and in saleable condition, before a refund can be processed.
