Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have a simple policy regarding the handling of your data.
The Noble Apothecary Ltd is registered as a company in England and Wales, and is located in Manchester, UK. Under the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR), we are the data controller of all information provided directly to us. GDPR aims to protect the fundamental rights of privacy and protection of personal data of EU citizens and all EU-based businesses are required to comply with this legislation.
Personal information
When you make a purchase from us, we will ask you for details including: name, postal address, email address. If you choose to check out as a guest, your information will not be stored. If you create an account with us, your details will remain on our database but you may request that we delete your account and your information at any time (though this will mean that your personal information is not stored for future purchases). If you have created an account and would like it to be deleted, please email rachel@thenobleapothecary.co.uk.
You also have the right to access any data that you have consented to be stored on our website. Again, please email us if you would like to access your information.
Payment information
We do not store any payment information. Your card details will never be retained on our system.
Data sharing
We will never share or sell your data to third parties. Any information provided to us is treated in the strictest confidence.

Marketing
By subscribing to our newsletter/adding your name to our mailing list, you consent to receive marketing information from The Noble Apothecary. You may remove your details from our mailing list at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link which is included in all of our messages, or - if you have an account with us - by updating your marketing preferences.
