Vitality Hydrating Essence (100ml) and Clarity Lightweight Day Oil (50ml) are designed to be used together to quench your skin with deep hydration, and to seal and smooth your complexion for velvety-soft skin. The Hydration Duo provides all the essential hydration of a moisture cream but without the pore-clogging, often waxy finish that comes with the addition of emulsifiers. These two products are rapidly absorbed into the skin and results are seen and felt from the first use. Expect a dewy glow and improved skin texture from our beautifully pure approach to hydration.

Vitality Hydrating Essence is an organic, lightweight, refreshing mist that boosts hydration and softens the skin. The blend of vitamin B5 and glycerine supports a healthy barrier and leaves the complexion supple and dewy.
 
Vitality is The Noble Apothecary's first true hydration product, created in line with our philosophy to give your skin everything it needs and nothing it doesn't. Whilst most brands create creams because that's what we've come to expect from 'moisturiser', our founder has gone to the root of what skin needs and created a simple, elegant formulation that is hydration in its purest form. No heavy, waxy emulsifiers: just pure, skin-quenching nourishment. The result is calm, soft and dewy skin. Add a slick of Clarity Lightweight Day Oil over the top and you'll have the velvety-soft skin and hydrated complexion that we've all been chasing.
 
Clarity Lightweight Day Oil is a dry-feel, fast-absorbing, comforting oil enriched with squalane that softens the skin and supports lightweight, everyday nourishment. It leaves the complexion velvety-smooth, balanced and naturally radiant.
 
It's rapid absorption means it's the perfect addition to your morning routine. Skin is instantly smoothed, primed and ready for the day.

The ingredients
 
Organic rosa damascena water: Distilled from the petals of the organic Damask rose, rosa damascena water is deeply hydrating and soothing, making it suitable for all skin types. It helps to balance skin pH and is anti-inflammatory, making it particularly beneficial for sensitive and easily irritated skin. The delicate, natural scent of Damask rose is incredibly relaxing, known to help ease stress, anxiety and support a calm mood. 
 
Vitamin B5: B5 (or panthenol as it's often known) is one of the most important hydration ingredients. Not only does it lock moisture into the skin, but it enhances the skin's natural lipid barrier, which prevents transepidermal moisture loss (TEWL). If your skin feels dry, tight or easily irritated, TEWL is likely to be a factor and B5 is the perfect remedy.
 
Organic glycerine: Organic, vegetable-derived glycerine is one of our founders all-time favourite ingredients. It is deeply hydrating, plumping and calming, and the most gentle of the humectant (moisture-attracting ingredients). Whilst ingredients like hyaluronic acid can disrupt sensitive skin, glycerine is gentle and soothing, and balanced beautifully to deliver a lightweight, smooth feel on the skin.
 
Organic camellia oleifera seed oil: This cold-pressed, organic oil is a timeless beauty secret that rapidly improves skin condition and softness. It's high in oleic and essential fatty acids which strengthen and maintain the skin barrier, helping to lock in moisture and keep skin soft and hydrated. High in antioxidants like vitamins E and A, it improves skin elasticity, neutralises free radicals and helps protect against environmental damage. The result is fresh, glowing, plump skin. Camellia oil is noted for it's ability to keep skin clear and does not block pores.
 
Squalane: Derived from olive oil, squalane is a deeply moisturising and nourishing ingredient. It improves skin texture, reduces redness and inflammation. Squalane mimics squalene (with an 'e') which is naturally produced by the body. Over the age of 30, levels of squalene decrease, so adding squalane to your routine improves radiance and hydration. It has incredible skin balancing properties, making it suitable for all skin-types, including acne-prone and inflamed skin
 
A note on preservation: Vitality contains an eco-friendly, broad spectrum, antimicrobial preservative which keeps our natural formulas free from the risk of microbial growth. Whilst the use of preservatives is often a source of debate in a the natural, toxin-free community, preservatives are essential ingredients for all water-based products under UK and EU legislation to ensure the safety and efficacy of the formula, and to prevent the risk of breakouts, rashes, skin infections and disruption to the skin's delicate microbiome. The Noble Apothecary's products have all undergone Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment (CPSR) testing and Vitality was subject to mandatory Preservative Efficacy Testing (PET).
